Cancellation Policy

How to cancel

You can cancel your Premium membership at any time from your billing page — click Manage billing and follow the cancel instructions. Cancelling stops all future renewal charges.

Cancelling during a free trial

If your plan includes a free trial, you may cancel at any point within your trial for any reason and incur no cost. We email you a reminder before your trial converts to a paid membership. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the card on file is charged for the plan you selected.

What happens after you cancel

Your membership stays active until the end of the billing term you have already paid for — the end of the current month on the Monthly plan, or the end of the current 3-month term on the Quarterly plan. When that term ends, your account is downgraded to the Free membership. Free accounts keep the monthly free practice interview but lose Premium features (the monthly minute pool, recording and delivery feedback, live interviewer invites, and coaching styles).

Refunds

Cancelling your membership does not automatically issue a refund. Refunds will only be granted to Premium members who dispute their charge within 2 calendar days of the start of the billing period and have not used the service within that billing period. “Used the service” means consuming any of the practice minutes in your monthly pool — starting an AI interview or a live human-invite session — or recording a session or sending an interviewer invite.

Once any of your practice minutes have been used in a billing period, the charge for that period (the full month on the Monthly plan, or the full 3-month term on the Quarterly plan) is non-refundable, and the subscription remains payable until the end of that term. Cancellation then only stops future renewals.

Approved refunds are subject to a 3.5% payment-processing fee, which is deducted from the refunded amount.

To request a refund, email support@rehearseai.io with the subject line “Refund Request”, the email address on your account, and the reason for your request. Each request is reviewed individually.

Renewals are your responsibility

Memberships renew automatically — monthly on the Monthly plan and every 3 months on the Quarterly plan (practice minutes renew monthly on both). RehearseAI is not responsible for continued subscription charges if you forget to cancel your membership before a renewal date.
