Cancellation Policy

The free plan

Every account starts on the free plan — no card, nothing to cancel. It gives you 5 free practice minutes every calendar month (leftover minutes stay until the month rolls over), with camera recording and delivery feedback (kept 30 days). The free plan never charges anything. When you go Premium, your card is charged that day — and covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee below.

How to cancel Premium

You can cancel your Premium membership at any time from your billing page — click Manage billing and follow the cancel instructions. Canceling stops all future renewal charges.

What happens after you cancel

Your membership stays active until the end of the billing term you have already paid for — the end of the current month on the Monthly plan, or the end of the current 3-month term on the Quarterly plan. When that term ends, your account returns to the free plan: 5 free practice minutes a month, without the Premium features (the 240-minute monthly pool, 30-day recordings, and live interviewer invites).

7-day money-back guarantee

Your first Premium charge is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. For 7 days after you subscribe, you can request a refund yourself from your billing page — no email, no questions. The page shows you the exact amount before you confirm.

• If you have used fewer than 10 practice minutes since subscribing, you get the whole charge back.
• If you have used 10 minutes or more, the refund is pro-rated: you get back the share of the charge that matches the practice minutes you did not use (out of 240 on the Monthly plan, or 720 across the Quarterly term), less a 3.5% payment-processing fee.
• Requesting the refund cancels your subscription immediately and returns your account to the free plan.
• The guarantee covers an account’s first Premium subscription only, and can be used once per account.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Other refunds

Outside the money-back guarantee, canceling your membership does not issue a refund: renewal charges are non-refundable, and the subscription remains payable until the end of the term you paid for. Cancellation stops future renewals. If something has gone wrong on our side, email support@rehearseai.io with the subject line “Refund Request” and we will look at it individually.

Renewals are your responsibility

Memberships renew automatically — monthly on the Monthly plan and every 3 months on the Quarterly plan (practice minutes renew monthly on both). RehearseAI is not responsible for continued subscription charges if you forget to cancel your membership before a renewal date.
